Joe Biden is still in Ireland with his son Hunter and sister Valerie, going to visit various areas associated with his ancestors on our dime. He was in County Mayo on Friday.

I think he’s already set a record for how many embarrassing things he can do on a foreign trip. He laid down a festival of made-up stories during his remarks in Ireland. He told a weird story to little kids that couldn’t possibly have happened and had to have Hunter help him and correct him. He also told the Irish Parliament some stories that were a bunch of malarkey too.

But before he left Dublin he left the Irish with two conflicting thoughts: he seems to think the world is an ice cream cone and we’re all about to die if we don’t listen to the climate crazies. Because in the world of Joe Biden, nothing has to make a lot of sense, it’s just them careening along from event to event, hoping to head him off from making more gaffes and saying something else that’s stupid.

First, there was the climate threat when he spoke to the Irish Parliament. Biden went full-bore leftist on that one.

“The single existential threat to the world is climate change,” Biden warned. “We don’t have a lot of time, and that’s a fact. And even recognizing — finally, everyone is recognizing it in America.”

We don’t have a lot of time. Haven’t they been saying that now for at least 40 years? The folks who keep saying we only have a few years left have to keep adjusting their dates or running away from their statements.

But also, no, Joe, we’re all not “recognizing” that we don’t have a lot of time. We think that’s ridiculous hyperbole, designed to have people give you guys a lot of our money and control over our actions.

A real and present “threat” is demented Democrats who want to impinge upon our rights and freedoms, and destroy our country in the process. We have real threats from countries like China. We see our adversaries making all kinds of moves around the world. But while Biden pumps up the climate threat, he downplays the real and present threats. That puts us all in danger.

Then there was his parting line during his remarks at Dublin Castle at a banquet dinner. We’re all going to die from climate change shortly. But hey, good to know that Joe Biden seems to think we should “lick the world.”

Is licking better than sniffing? Perhaps he was thinking of getting out of there and having an ice cream?

Democrats wanted to push aside Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) because her illness stood in the way of approving more liberal justices to the federal courts. But unfortunately, this guy is still in charge exposing his weakness with his demented postures. And we’re paying for him to do it, to embarrass us around the world.
