Biden Trips All Over 'Pride' Acronym, While WH Hypocrisy Melts Reality on Gas Companies

At a time when we’re facing multiple crushing issues that Joe Biden created or made worse, Biden is concentrating on priorities again. He attended a Pride Month event at the White House on Wednesday.

But as usual, Joe will be Joe, so when he opens his mouth, you know the gaffes and the fights with the teleprompter will come out. He trips all over the acronym when talking about signing an executive order “advancing equality” for “LGBTQI+” people. But he can’t get the acronym right.

It looks like, once again, he can’t read the teleprompter.

Then, as he signs the order, he messes it up again. Instead of saying “lesbian,” he says “liberation.” Both start with an “l,” but hardly the same word.

“Advancing equality for liberation, gay — for, excuse me, for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and intersex individuals,” Biden says, as he stumbles again. “That’s what I’m about to sign.”

Then there was this special moment where he appears–yet again–to be staring off blankly into the void, while sort of doing a shuffle step forward.

While he’s doing this, however, gas prices are still going up, now over $5.00 on average across the country and predicted to reach $6.00 by August.

Joe Biden’s response? Threaten the oil companies to produce more, when Biden himself ran on attacking oil companies and getting them to produce less. He said he wanted to completely end fossil fuels. But now it’s the companies’ fault that they aren’t producing more–when it was Biden shutting down pipelines, stopping drilling, and canceling leases? Biden flip-flops more than a gymnast, but without any dexterity in doing so.

White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre had a comment on the subject on Wednesday that was just so hypocritical, it almost defied belief. She said that the oil companies needed to “stop blaming the war” for the situation and do their “patriotic duty.”

Wait, who is that has been blaming the war? It’s been Joe Biden. Biden has been attacking the concept of producing more since his campaign. He hasn’t been doing his “patriotic duty” all this time, as he attacked the energy industry and drove prices higher. This took some kind of gall.

Meanwhile, someone forgot to tell Biden’s climate czar about the flip-flop; he’s still back on last week’s lie. “We absolutely don’t” need to drill more, says John Kerry.

Kerry said we “absolutely” have to prevent a “false narrative” that suggests this. Sounds like he’s calling out Biden for pushing a false narrative there. It would be funny, if it wasn’t so stupid, that they can’t even get on the same page because of all the lies. But isn’t that always the way? Liars can never keep things straight.
