There’s probably a safe bet that anytime you see Shaun King trending on Twitter, it’s going to be crazy.

Shaun King is another person in the BLM movement who, for years, has had questions raised about his actions and where the money is going.
Why this character still has any influence anywhere is beyond me. But that may finally have ended today, given how he was finished off by Tamir Rice’s mother, Samaria Rice.
In addition to questions about the money, there were questions about his actual race.
When it was pointed out some years ago that his legal father was white, his mother was white and his brother was white, King’s response was that his mother had other relationships.
“The reports about my race, about my past, and about the pain I’ve endured are all lies. My mother is a senior citizen. I refuse to speak in detail about the nature of my mother’s past, or her sexual partners, and I am gravely embarrassed to even be saying this now, but I have been told for most of my life that the white man on my birth certificate is not my biological father and that my actual biological father is a light-skinned black man,” King said in a statement to The Post that he also published at Daily Kos.
Imagine someone saying that about his mother and treating his father that way.
Folks on the right and folks on the left have been calling King out on the issue for years, which is how he earned the nickname “Talcum X.”

But there were also concerns about using the names of people like Tamir Rice to raise money. Rice was the 12-year-old who was shot by the police when they allegedly thought he was raising a toy gun at them. King raised money in his name.
The reason King’s name was trending on Twitter was because of what Rice’s mother, Samaria Rice, just had to say about King. She completely ripped him apart, not only claiming that he raised money in her son’s name without her permission, but also tagging him about being an “imposter” as to his race.

More chimed in.
Black Women repeatedly remind folks not to trust Shaun King. We bring out receipts longer than CVS. The response is always "but but but…. look what he did for XYZ!"
Have you talked to XYZ? What do THEY say? Because the vast majority of folks Shaun says he helped say otherwise.

Every few months #ShaunKing ends up back in the news for some nonsense and it’s just like—we cannot get this guy out of the paint. Black people have been trying for 6 years. It’s on white folks now. Y’all gotta get him out of the paint.
I mean for crying out loud.

Liberals have just skipped right over the issues that people have been raising for years. It shouldn’t be on Rice’s mother to have to call him out.
In response, King then put out a screed about being black.

But it is definitely feeling like the end is nigh with how Rice finished him.
