I wrote previously about New Zealand athlete Laurel Hubbard who will be the first transgender athlete to compete in the Olympics in Tokyo. Hubbard will be competing in women’s weightlifting, in the super heavyweight division.
But there’s another transgender athlete who may have a chance to compete in Tokyo. BMX freestyle biker Chelsea Wolfe was chosen as an alternate to the U.S. team.
Every competitor wants to win at the Olympics. But according to a Facebook post that Wolfe made in March 2020 that’s just being reported on now, Wolfe has an additional goal if able to compete.

“My goal is to win the Olympics so I can burn a US flag on the podium. This is what they focus on during a pandemic. Hurting trans children,” Wolfe said, linking an anti-Trump post by Pink News.
That wasn’t all.
Journalist Ian Miles Cheong first reported on Wolfe’s post. Wolfe also reportedly joked about exploding former president Donald Trump’s head.
“I would never say that someone should explode the head of the president. That would be illegal,” Wolfe wrote in Facebook comments according to a screenshot posted by Cheong. “But I will say ‘with dynamite.’ Because that’s just a sentence fragment and doesn’t actually mean anything. It’s not necessarily related to the sentence that came before it.”
Thinking that might excite the attention of the Secret Service.
When Fox contacted Wolfe, she said that the threat to burn the flag didn’t mean that she didn’t care about the country.
“Anyone who thinks that I don’t care about the United States is sorely mistaken,” Wolfe told Fox News. “One of the reasons why I work so hard to represent the United States in international competition is to show the world that this country has morals and values, that it’s not all of the bad things that we’re known for. I take a stand against fascism because I care about this country and I’m not going to let it fall into the hands of fascists after so many people have fought and sacrificed to prevent fascism from taking hold abroad. As a citizen who wants to be proud of my home country, I’m sure as hell not going to let it take hold here.”
Wolfe is an example of someone on the left who has no understanding of what actual fascism is, if she thinks President Donald Trump was a fascist. That, of course, is an excuse, as well, to justify the comment. The flag existed long before Trump, and represents all Americans and the country, not just Trump. So that’s just a bad explanation and you can see how even in the ‘explanation’ she’s still attacking America, “that it’s not all the bad things we’re known for.” No, we’re not known as a country for bad things, except with Wolfe and radical leftists. We’re known for being a light to the rest of the world and the greatest country ever on the face of the Earth.
Wolfe wants to use America to get on the team and into the winner’s circle and yet she would then use that great opportunity given to her by America to attack the country. It’s not just disgraceful, but it’s hypocritical too.
