What does it take to finally be held, if you’re arrested during Antifa violence in Portland?
Well, we finally found out in the case of Darby Howard.
BLM and Antifa people stormed both a Chase Bank and pushed a security guard who pulled a gun on them.

As we previously reported, Howard, 22, was arrested when the BLM/Antifa group stormed a Wells Fargo Thursday afternoon, pushing their way into the bank and refusing to leave, according to the police. While there, Howard allegedly punched a TV and kicked a door, causing $,1000 in damage. When police responded, he allegedly punched a cop in the head. He was arrested, and charged with criminal mischief, resisting arrest, and attempted assault on an officer. But then, as is typical in Portland, he was quickly released on his own recognizance at 8:30 p.m. This, after even punching a cop.
So what did he do after being released? He allegedly immediately joined the attack on the federal courthouse in Portland that night. According to police, Howard took a Lime electric scooter and smashed in a window with it at the courthouse.

Antifa people also set fire to the courthouse and spray-painted graffiti on the building, including “We will destroy you” and “Fascists live here,” according to the Post Millennial. Can we call it terrorism yet, Attorney General Merrick Garland?
Howard was apparently more identifiable and therefore easier to arrest for his alleged actions, because he wasn’t dressed all in black, but in tan and gray, and wearing neon shoes he’d been issued earlier in the day when arrested. He was then arrested again on a federal hold for destruction of federal property.

He was brought before a federal magistrate and — will wonders never cease — U.S. Magistrate Judge Jolie A. Russo ordered him detained after the prosecutor cited his “lack of ties to the community” and disregard for the conditions of his earlier jail release.
So pigs are flying; finally someone is being held. Of course, it took two arrests and allegedly hitting a cop and destroying federal property to do it.
That’s this fine gentleman here, with the “antisocial” and “broken” tattoos on his face.
A Montana man arrested twice during riots on the same day in Portland is closely affiliated with #antifa, I can report. Darby Howard, who uses the moniker "Kapt Mao," is accused of punching an officer in the head, among other violent crimes. #PortlandRiots https://t.co/g1gDKGBWby

While the Portland DA, a far left progressive, has failed to pursue most the cases involving BLM/Antifa action in Portland, he said that he would be moving forward to prosecute Howard, according to the Post Millennial.
Now, how about locking up the leaders and the constant provocateurs? Then you might finally see this stuff slow or even stop, if there are finally consequences for their criminal actions.
