If you thought the censorship and the purge would stop with President Donald Trump getting booted off Twitter or Big Tech going after Parler, it’s not.
Or that it was only about Trump, it’s not.
They’re going after the money and any further ability to communicate as well.
So now, the WSJ is reporting that Stripe has cut off the ability of the Trump campaign to process payments for President Donald Trump’s campaign website and online fundraising apparatus. The report claims Stripe is cutting off the president’s campaign account for violating its policies against “encouraging violence.”
Yet the president did not encourage violence and told people at the rally to act “peacefully’ and “patriotically.”
But at this point, no one cares about the facts, only about the narrative being pushed.
But it isn’t just Trump.
Salesforce is now restricting the RNC’s use of their products, according to VICE.
The Trump Campaign uses Exact Target, which is an email marketing firm owned by Salesforce and the emails are sent in conjunction with the Republican National Committee. Salesforce now says they took “action” to “prevent its use of our services in any way that could lead to violence.”
“We are all deeply troubled by the terrible events of January 6. And while we all hope that they are never repeated, sadly there remains a risk of politically incited violence across the country,” Salesforce said in a statement. “The Republican National Committee has been a long-standing customer, predating the current Administration, and we have taken action to prevent its use of our services in any way that could lead to violence.”
Translation: we’re going to crush the campaign and even hurt our longterm customers, the RNC.
This may also explain why so many other companies are turning on Trump and the Republicans, because they rely upon Salesforce.
It’s also about punishing the Republican politicians who dared to support Trump.
“This conspiracy against the constitutional order has grown strong in an atmosphere of Republican appeasement. Those who want to continue that appeasement are inviting further disorder and violence.” https://t.co/J5olMlLjMD

But the responsibility does not end with a single man. Many elected Republicans enabled the president’s political rise. Trump could only attempt the occupation of the Capitol because he had already occupied the Republican Party — in that case, with little resistance. Elected Republicans who cheered that takeover deserve to lose, and lose, and lose, until their party is either destroyed or transformed.
