Media and Democrats have declared Joe Biden the winner of the presidential race.
But that isn’t quite how this process works, it’s not over until it’s over.
But CNN’s Jake Tapper asked House Majority Whip James Clyburn (D-SC) whether he thought that President Donald Trump should concede to ‘President-elect Biden.’
Clyburn’s answer started out bad but then it really went over the edge.
First he said that Republicans had an obligation to step up and “preserve the integrity of our democracy.”

“I think Trump should concede but I also think that the Republican Party has a responsibility here. This country is bigger than any one person. This democracy is teetering, as he called it, an ‘inflection point.’ We are in a very dire set of consequences here and we better get ahold of ourselves and this country and stop catering to [the] whims of one person,” Clyburn explained on CNN’s “State of the Union.”
“It doesn’t matter to me whether or not he concedes. What matters to me is whether or not the Republican Party will step up and help us preserve the integrity of this democracy,” he said.
Excuse me, Rep. Clyburn? Where were you for the last four years while the Democrats and the media didn’t give a rat’s patootie about our ‘democracy’ or how they would hurt the country by undermining Trump’s presidency? By pushing, indeed paying for and weaponizing, the Russia collusion hoax, impeachment, riots and other attacks to try to take down his presidency? Suddenly you want happy cooperation now that you think you have power? And we’re not allowed to question all the funny business now?
But it got even worse.
“I don’t understand how Republicans can allow Putin to dictate the fortunes of this country. And that’s what’s going on here.”
How dare he. After four years of pushing lies, dividing Americans and doing what they can to smear and damage Trump, he still can’t give up the lie, he’s still at it even when this nonsense has been long debunked.
This, my friends, this is the Democrats. Lie, lie and lie. Demand you unify (meaning comply). And still, they lie.
And just remember this, Rep. Clyburn.
Both Nevada and Michigan now have sworn statements from election officials in those states detailing election fraud. And I’m told there’s more to come. Al Gore waited over a month to concede without any allegations of fraud. Buckle up, folks. https://t.co/6EDw37Glyt
