Democrats have been melting down ever since Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg died and it was announced that Amy Coney Barrett was nominated to replace her.

Now that Barrett has been confirmed, they are gnashing their teeth in rage, weighing their options.

Some have already threatened to pack the court.

Joe Biden had avoided answering whether he would pack the court if he were elected. But then what he did admit to was actually probably worse, as Georgetown law professor Jonathan Turley pointed out.

Turley said Biden calling the Supreme Court “out of whack” was “alarming,” according to Fox.

“If elected, what I will do is I’ll put together a national commission, a bipartisan commission of scholars, constitutional scholars, Democrats, Republicans, liberals, conservatives,” Biden said. “I will ask them to, over 180 days, come back to me with recommendations as to how to reform the court system because it’s getting out of whack.”

What might that involve?

“You’re talking about proposals in one case that is being put forward by [former 2020 candidate] Pete Buttigieg [to] just go ahead and select five Democrats for the court, five Republicans, and then five sort of transient or temporary justices. That’s the type of proposal that is being batted around in addition to court-packing,” Turley said.

But understand they’re not just talking about packing the Supreme Court, they’re talking about packing the whole federal judiciary, that’s why Biden is saying the “court system.”

Why? Because how dare Trump have put conservatives and originalists on the courts! That’s unfair! That’s lessening our powers of control that we thought we had when Obama put on far more judges because he had more time to do so.

Turley went on to say, “What this commission seems designed to do is to give a form of enablement to Vice President Biden and the Democrats. But what is also worrisome is that when you look at what they’re saying, they’re saying if Judge Barrett is confirmed … that will give them license to tear apart one of the most important institutions in the country. It’s like kids saying, ‘Step over this lie and if you do, I have a right to fight you.'”

This should quite frankly scare any American, how these folks want to rip apart our Constitutional system to hold onto their power.

But Sen. Chris Coons (D-DE) went even further than Biden, adding a literal threat to the federal judiciary.

He said they had to think about court-packing the whole system and President Trump’s nominees can’t “be allowed to sit peaceably.”

This is where these characters are now, they’re actually threatening duly appointed federal judges. What does that mean, they wouldn’t be allowed to sit peaceably?

That’s crazy. Talk about upsetting norms and banana republic-like power moves. Unless judges decide as Democrats like, he’s basically saying, we will take you out. And notice how he equates “conservative” with bad. Truly disturbing stuff. These people should be voted out and should never be allowed back into power, they literally want to destroy our constitutional system.
