Joe Biden was really up a creek without a paddle.

All of his candidates for his VP pick had issues.

He finally ended up picking Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA).

Now that isn’t going to make the leftist Democrats happy that he picked “Kamala the Cop,” the former prosecutor. But if the pick was to appeal to the middle because of that and with the riots, that isn’t going to do it either since she’s one of the most liberal Democrats in the Senate and from California. Not particularly reassuring.

Plus it isn’t like she brings anything with California lock solid Democratic anyway.

She may come across better than Susan Rice initially. But here flip flopping got her in trouble during the Democratic debates and Rep. Tulsi Gabbard (D-HI) trounced her badly.

But perhaps one of the things that was most unappealing about Harris was how she treated Brett Kavanaugh during the hearings on his nomination for the Supreme Court. It’s a good reminder for Americans how disturbed they were about what Democrats did. One of the principals in that deceitful political effort to smear Kavanaugh was Kamala Harris. She even went after him with an edited video trying to trap him in a “lie” when she was actually using an edited video to frame him and make him look bad. But she got busted so badly that even Politifact called her out on it.

Sen. Kamala Harris, D-Calif., tweeted an 11-second clip in which Kavanaugh said, “Filling out the form would make them complicit in the provision of the abortion-inducing drugs that they were, as a religious matter, objected to.”

“Kavanaugh chooses his words very carefully, and this is a dog whistle for going after birth control,” Harris tweeted. “He was nominated for the purpose of taking away a woman’s constitutionally protected right to make her own health care decisions. Make no mistake — this is about punishing women.”

Except she was completely lying. There was nothing to support this, and she was stoking fear and even then auditioning for president.

What he was actually doing was quoting something said by one of the parties in a case he was referencing, not citing his own opinion, as Politifact pointed out.

Harris tweeted a clip in which Kavanaugh said, “Filling out the form would make them complicit in the provision of the abortion-inducing drugs that they were — as a religious matter, objected to.”

In Harris’ tweet, Kavanaugh appears to define contraception as abortion-inducing. But the video failed to include a crucial qualifier: “They said.” In fact, he was citing the definition of the religious group Priests for Life. He has not expressed his personal view.

We rate this statement False.

But Harris clipped out that context to make it appear that it was his own opinion, a knowing deceitful edit, designed to smear him as an extremist against birth control.

But although she has a history of flip flopping and deceit, she’s still lost in every battle she’s bragged about including the Kavanaugh battle and including during the debates which she quickly exited.
