Straight Up Fire: Bill Barr Eviscerates Antifa and Democrats' Movement to the Far Left

Attorney General Bill Barr did a segment on “Life, Liberty & Levin” with Mark Levin which aired on Sunday.

It was brutally honest, including about Antifa and about the Democrats.

Barr spared nothing in describing Antifa.

From Fox News:

“They are a revolutionary group that is interested in some form of socialism, communism. They’re essentially Bolsheviks. Their tactics are fascistic,” he said.

Barr compared the nationwide riots organized by Antifa to “a new form of urban guerrilla warfare.”

“The way the guerrilla…hides out among the people as a fish in the ocean…what they do is they are essentially shielding themselves or shrouding themselves in First Amendment activity,” he explained. “They go into the demonstrations, which are exercising First Amendment activity, and they insinuate themselves in there to shield themselves. That’s where they swim. And what they do is they hijack these demonstrations and they and they provoke violence.”

Barr also spoke of how the Democrats went after him during his Congressional testimony. “I think they were afraid to have me speak,” he said. Indeed they were as they continually tried to talk over him. Because when he did speak, he told the truth of what had been going on with the chaos, a truth they really didn’t want Americans to hear as they tried to paint it all as “peaceful protests.” Barr spoke of how the left has become more radical, detached from the “classical liberal values that have undergirded America” and have made “complete political victory” a “secular religion.

Barr also pointed out how the media has not been honest about the BLM/Antifa riots, that a lot of the violence isn’t covered. The action is painted as “peaceful demonstrators.”

That’s “a lie,” he said that Americans are being told by the media.

Democrats are seething today that Barr would dare tell the truth about what’s going on. Impartiality in his decisions at the DOJ doesn’t preclude him having an opinion. They just don’t like that opinion because it hits them where they live. They had absolutely no issue with Eric Holder actually saying he was the “wingman” for Barack Obama and refusing to turn over documents in the case of Fast and Furious. He also championed the Democratic cause to combat voter ID laws in his position as the Attorney General, claiming it “disenfranchised minorities and the elderly,” which sounds pretty racist and ageist if you think that minorities and the elderly don’t have ID.
