Democrats have weighed in on what has been happening with the city under attack for the past 50 days by Antifa domestic terrorists.

And they’ve made clear that they are on the side of the terrorists.

As my colleague Bonchie reported earlier, Democrats like Mayor Ted Wheeler are now trying to spin this as somehow the fault of the DHS for daring to respond in the last couple of weeks to protect themselves and federal property under attack while Wheeler has allowed Antifa’s violence to spin out of control for weeks before that and he’s done little to stop them. Wheeler got nailed by a local journalist who knew enough of what had been going on to call him out on the spin.

But national Democrats are trying it, knowing that national media is in their pocket and likely not to call them out on it. Check out the crazy spin from House Speaker Nancy Pelosi about actions by federal officers.

First Amendment speech should never be met with one-sided violence from federal agents acting as Trump’s secret police, especially when unidentified. This is disgraceful behavior we would expect from a banana republic — not the government of the United States.

Pelosi is siding with the terrorists, laying no blame at all on them, calling Antifa “protesters,” attacking officers and trying to burn down the federal courthouse is just “First Amendment speech” and “graffiti.” Nowhere do you see the slightest concern for the officers they’ve attacked, the citizens of Portland, or the businesses they’ve looted and destroyed.

Let’s hear from the Portland Police who disagree with Pelosi that it’s just “First Amendment speech.”

Just one officer alone, Jakhary Jackson, in his 23 days covering the protests, was hit with an explosive, a full beer can, rock to the chest, and a frozen water bottle. Guess to Nancy, that’s just “free expression.”

Now, let’s also dispense with this nonsense about unmarked secret police, stormtroopers. Here’s the video they’re using to push this silliness:

Andy Ngo is right. “Unidentified” = POLICE emblazoned across their vests and DHS patches on their arms. They’re moving in quickly to get this guy, to prevent his buddies from moving in to de-arrest him as they generally do, creating more havoc and likelihood of injury.

Graffiti? How about explosives, hammers, knives, sledgehammers, slingshots w/ metal ball bearings, blinding lasers, pipe bombs and more? You have no clue what is going on here.

So, here’s what President Donald Trump should do. Play the violent attacks that have taken place on a loop, interspersed with Officer Jakhary Jackson describing the attacks on him and the racism he’s encountered from the “protesters” with Nancy Pelosi calling the violence “First Amendment speech.” Then label it “Pelosi/Biden America,” this is the “speech” from the violent left to which she would subject you.

What do you choose? Because that’s the real choice here.
