D-list ‘celebrity’ Kathy Griffin must be getting thirsty for attention again.

But she may just be getting another visit from the Secret Service again with her last remarks about President Donald Trump.

CNN’s Jim Acosta was tweeting about the president joking at a diabetes event at the White House that perhaps he should be on insulin.

Griffin responded, “Syringe with nothing but air inside it would do the trick. F–k Trump.”

The Washington Examiner picked it up and reported she was advocating for someone to stab Trump with a syringe full of air, observing that “air embolisms, caused by air getting into the bloodstream, can be fatal.”

Griffin then confirmed that’s exactly what she meant, tweeting, “I SURE DID, F—ER. #TrumpLiedPeopleDied.”

Many flagged the Secret Service with a copy of her tweet threatening the president.

This wasn’t the first time that Griffin has gotten into trouble because of her hatred of the president.

In 2017, she created a furor posing for a photoshoot with a fake severed head of Trump. That shoot and her comments about it earned her a visit from the Secret Service then according to reports.

Twitter also has a rule against threatening others but at time of publishing this story is still up and she has not been suspended. By comparison, I was suspended at the end of March and still haven’t gotten my account back, after calling an Obama official a liar for claiming that there was a ventilator shortage. But apparently accurately calling an Obama official a liar is bad, threatening the president is ok to Twitter.

According to the Washington Examiner, Twitter told them they would “look into” the tweets.

Donald Trump, Jr. let Griffin have it, making a great point about Twitter hypocrisy in the process.
