China Claims Can't Say Virus Originated There, Won't Allow Investigators In, So Americans Shine Light of Truth on Them

China’s Ambassador to the U.K., Liu Xiaoming, claimed that people shouldn’t be blaming China for the pandemic, that it wasn’t their fault.

During an interview with Sky News, Liu hit back at people like the United States who were placing the blame on them, arguing they were the victim of the virus and of a disinformation campaign. He even disputed saying the virus originated in China.

From The Sun:

He told Sky News: “You can’t have this campaign of stigmatising, disinformation and smear against China, as some American politicians are doing.”

He added: “It is not OK to say the virus originated in China, it is a matter of science.

“It is up to the scientists not for you, me or politicians.

“You can’t blame China. China is a victim, China is not a culprit of this virus.

“It is not a man-made virus, it is natural in origin so we have to adopt a scientific approach.”

Liu said China would welcome an investigation. Under certain conditions, of course. First, it must not be “politically motivated.” Second, any investigation had to be “organized by the WHO.” Naturally, the folks already compromised by the relationship to China. Third, it had to be at the “appropriate time, but not now.” Uh huh. At a time when they have an opportunity to construct some kind of believable lie.

He denied that there was any cover-up at all, arguing that “we shared information with the WHO and the world without delay and we notified the United States from the very beginning on January 13.”

This is nonsense, since they were still telling WHO on Jan. 14 that they didn’t know whether the virus was communicable then when obviously, they knew it was. Not to mention by that point they had been dealing with the virus since at least Dec. 1, but in the meantime had tried to silence doctors and journalists from reporting the truth. A recent report from German intelligence also said that China had told WHO to delay information about human to human transmission and declaring it a pandemic.

Republican lawmakers have been trying to call China to account and in response, China threatened them. Democrats didn’t care that a foreign government threatened our lawmakers and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi called criticizing China a “distraction” from the virus, taking the side of China against us.

But people in Los Angeles decided to let China know they weren’t going to get away with it, that people were going to continue to shine a light on their lies. Literally.

Members of the Anti-Totalitarian Chinese Alliance, a Chinese dissident group, projected an image of “CCP Virus” on the face of the Chinese consulate in Los Angeles this past week. They also included the term “NMSL” which is basically an insult that translates to “Your mother has died.”

But the best picture they got up on the building was a shot of CCP head Xi Jinping with the virus on top of his head, with the caption “CCP Virus” underneath.

Nicely done, guys! Xi apparently has a thin skin and isn’t fond of such displays mocking him. He reportedly flipped out when folks compared his face to that of Winnie the Pooh, so dissidents frequently employ that to mock him.

But it’s important to do such things, to continue to call them out and hold them accountable in the face of the effort of China, some media and Democrats all seemingly trying to sweep the truth aside.
