If you listen to a lot of what Joe Biden says, in all honesty, sometimes it’s pretty hard to understand what he’s saying.
Not just the words, which are often garbled or confused, but the point. Most of what he says seems to be an effort to hit empty platitudes, such as “we must do more” (what does that mean?) or saying Trump should be doing things that he’s already done.
Biden is still giving “look at me, I’m relevant” interviews from his basement and he gave one to CBS Miami on Monday.
He uses the strange term “economic intercourse,” as he was talking about the pandemic.

“I would get much more engaged in the world, we can’t step back,” Biden said. “If in fact, for example, we solve the problem in the United States of America and you don’t solve it in other parts of the world, you know what’s going to happen? You’re going to have travel bans, you’re going to not be able to do, have economic intercourse around the world. There’s a lot, look, when America goes alone, when America is first, it’s America alone.”
Huh, what? What the heck did he just say? Does he know he’s been accused of sexual assault? I know once again that he wasn’t asked about it, apparently, but maybe the wrong word to use and remind people. So he’s now saying again travel bans are wrong? Economic intercourse? Is that like when we get screwed by the world and not just our government, like when Barack Obama was president? Maybe you don’t want to be promising it up front.
I think Hollywood is the world epicenter for "economic intercourse," @JoeBiden. https://t.co/YV7HxGzIBL

Joe Biden has still not directly addressed the sexual assault allegations against him but here he is talking about “economic intercourse”.

Even the WaPo guy is a little surprised by it.
Joe Biden tells @CBSMiami that the United States needs to be more engaged in the world.
Otherwise, he argues, “You’re not going to be able to have economic intercrourse around the world.” (The phrase “economic intercourse” is one that I, for one, have never heard before)

Plus what the heck is he actually saying? That we shouldn’t consider America first, isn’t that pretty much the responsibility of the president to put the country first? It’s the one real responsibility of the President laid out in the Constitution, the defense of the country. This was the same attitude of Barack Obama who wanted to be UN Secretary General or president of a world government, more than president of the United States who puts America and Americans first.
Democrats, seriously? We keep asking if this is really their guy and apparently it is.
