Biden Babbles Incoherently, but Does Manage to Misname CVS

While most of the world’s attention is focused on the Wuhan coronavirus, Joe Biden is out there trying to appear relevant.

Which, when he’s often barely coherent, is a bit of a tough trick.

He’s had trouble even just setting up or appearing to understand normal modern remote communication.

But now that he finally seems to have a set up working at his house, his ‘facts’ either are wrong or a rehash of things the President is already doing. But he has been able to give us a slew of running gaffes.

He’s avoided the question about why the Obama administration never replenished the N95 mask stockpile after it was depleted with the H1N1 swine flu pandemic, claiming he wasn’t responsible for that. He also came up with a new name for the Wuhan virus, calling it the “Luhan” virus.

In the latest ones, he’s both wrong and incoherent.

If you can figure out what he’s trying to say here, you win the prize, because it’s incomprehensible. Even with him having notes.

About the most one can get from that is Biden is saying Trump’s got to deal with shortages? That’s your brilliant idea? Maybe Biden needs to check out the regular presidential briefings to find out what’s going on so he knows how anticipated issues are being met.

But then he spoke about the President saying that CVS would be involved in helping out with testing. Except he called the CVS the CVC.

He also misstated what Trump said. Trump didn’t say that there would be testing sites in every CVC. He said they would be helping out with trying to make testing more available to everyone.

At this point, we’ve done more testing than any other country, with almost a million tests being done, with most, fortunately, being negative.

Multiple states are running at least some drive-up test sites.

Has Biden ever run a business? Or does he even understand the logistics in setting up such an operation? He seemed to not even understand how to set up a basic camera in his basement for a long time to cover his ramblings.

But yes, there is testing that has started by CVS and likely will be more as they work out the kinks. Keep up, Joe.

Here’s a testing site in Massachusetts.

Drug Store News said the first site was set up in Massachusetts by March 20. Looks like they set it up as fast or faster than it took Joe to figure out a camera in his home.
