Liberals have a bad habit of harassing GOP lawmakers.

This seemed to get worse after Rep. Maxine Waters (D-CA) endorsed the practice, telling people to “get up” in the faces of Trump officials and letting them know that they were “not welcome anywhere” wherever people saw them.

Many Trump officials and GOP lawmakers have since been harassed in restaurants and other locations including former Press Secretary Sarah Sanders and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY).

On Friday, Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) and an aide were confronted by a New York couple while in a California restaurant for lunch. Paul was in the area promoting his book, “The Case Against Socialism.”

If there’s anyone who knows about the crazy folks on the left behaving badly toward him, it is certainly Rand Paul.

Paul has been shot at by a Bernie Bro at during the GOP baseball practice shooting, a shooting meant to take out GOP lawmakers where 4 were wounded including House Minority Whip Steve Scalise (R-LA). A crazy man threatened to hack him and his family to pieces. And he was tackled by his neighbor who seriously injured him, causing lung damage and breaking six of his ribs.

This time, it was only an unhinged person losing it verbally at him, fortunately. But still a truly unhinged moment.

Sergio Gor, Paul’s aide, tweeted out, “While having lunch with @RandPaul in California, we got verbally assaulted by these aggressive libs complaining about incivility. Check out the vid! #unhinged.”

“You just ran into two people from New York, kiddo, and we’re not putting up with your Republican bulls–t,” the crazy lady says.

Paul tweeted out the video, noting, “The left blames incivility on @realDonaldTrump. Watch this video and decide who the rude ones are… ”

What makes people think acting like this is alright? Or that it’s going to convince anyone to her way of thinking?

She certainly doesn’t do the left any favors by showcasing this kind of behavior.

But at what point are the folks in power on the left going to condemn this, rather than encourage it?
