Second look: Democrats in PA-08 go far out on the #Obamacare branch.

Meant to front this NRCC diary yesterday, but got hung up on stuff.  Short version: the PA-08 race has been amusingly complicated on the Democratic side by the fact that both Democratic candidates are on the record as supporting taxpayer-funded gender reassignment surgery.
