Nothing quite says "Biden Border Crisis" like an *alleged* member of an MS-13 assassin squad — who is internationally known as "Fantasma," no less — being arrested by ICE and its law enforcement partners... in Nebraska.
Honduran national Gerson Emir Cuadra Soto, wanted for a brutal quadruple homicide in his home country, is a convicted killer who broke out of prison and illegally slipped across the Southern Border during the heyday of former President Joe Biden's intentional, disastrous open-border policy that saw millions of illegal aliens stroll into our country, most of them unchecked.
After evading capture on both sides of the border, Soto was finally tracked down by a multiagency probe, leading to his arrest in Grand Island, Nebraska.
The FBI confirmed the arrest of Soto, who is not only accused in Honduras of at least four homicides; he has also been identified as a participant in a crime against the son of former Honduran president Lobo Sosa.

According to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Soto illegally crossed the border into the U.S. in 2022 and later obtained a California driver’s license. DHS said he had previously bribed his way out of a Honduran jail and was wanted by authorities at the time.

Thanks to Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI), and our law enforcement partners, this criminal was arrested in Grand Island, Nebraska on December 8, 2025.
On January 20, President Donald Trump signed the Designating Cartels and Other Organizations As Foreign Terrorist Organizations And Specially Designated Global Terrorists executive order, which designated MS-13 as a terrorist organization.
Under Secretary Noem’s leadership, DHS law enforcement is targeting the worst of the worst criminal illegal aliens and terrorists, arresting them and removing them from the U.S.
Meanwhile, multiple U.S. agencies continue their efforts to clean up Biden's still-dangerous mess.

Trump issued the order to expand border crime enforcement after more than 300,000 Salvadorans illegally entered the U.S. under Biden's "leadership, as reported by The Center Square. Under Trump, MS-13 members are being prosecuted nationwide on charges of murder, fentanyl trafficking, and violent crimes.
Yeah, Joe did that — and Donald continues to fix it. Wait; make that "Joe's puppeteers did that" — no doubt with the infamous autopen included. Meanwhile, thanks to President Trump, the hunt for "the worst of the worst" illegal aliens continues.
