Liz Warren Trots Over to CNN to Tell Jake Tapper About Her 'Super-Duper Strategy' to Beat Trump

In this episode of "You're Joking, Right?"

The fun never ends.

Far-left Democrat Sen. Elizabeth Warren (MA) revealed to CNN host Jake Tapper on Sunday's episode of "State of the Union" what she believes is a "super-duper strategy" for the Democrats to defeat President Donald Trump's agenda — his history-making, first-100-days strategy that continues to play well in poll after poll.

The survey results should be of no surprise to anyone who paid attention to Trump's 2024 presidential election campaign promises, meaning that this president is doing exactly what he told voters he would do, and his approval ratings are exactly reflective of his keeping those promises.

Nevertheless, Warren, along with untold numbers of other shellshocked Democrats and members of the left-wing lapdog media, still don't get it — and they still don't know how to counterpunch, as it were.

In other words, Democrats continue to sing from the same failed song sheet they sang from throughout the presidential election campaign — apparently expecting different results from the same losing strategy.

Let's call it "continuing to play stupid games and continuing to win stupid prizes."

Tapper kicked off the festivities:

Given all the chaos, given that the president's approval numbers are declining [huh?], and given all the uncertainty in the market, why do you think the Democratic Party has such a low approval rating, I would think this would be an opportunity for Democrats to rise an suggest an alternative, but it doesn't seem like that's happening. And as you know, your party's approval ratings are historically low.

Here's ever-smug Fauxcahontas, smiling as she responded:

You know — look — the way I look at this is this is that Donald Trump has created a lot of chaos in his first three months in Washington. Remember, he started out — made the promise that on day one, he would lower prices for American families. Those were his words on day one.

Stop the tape.

Warren and her Democrat colleagues, including President Joe "Bidenomics" Biden, had four years to not only lower prices; they also had four years to stop prices from rising due to their policies on everything from gas to groceries to most consumer goods. Why didn't they do that, Liz?

And Liz? Y'all never explained your failures even once throughout the general election campaign, yet here you are, blathering on about how Trump should have lowered consumer prices on day one. Yes, this president sometimes gets ahead of skis with things he says, but gimme a break.

Warren continued:

The Democrats have really coalesced around the central message [that] our job is to fight to lower those costs for American families.

Umm, we've already covered the "awesome" job Democrats did on inflation and rising costs throughout the four miserable years of the worst presidency in at least modern history, so let's move on to my favorite and most hysterical thing Warren said in the interview (emphasis, mine):

I think our secret, super-duper strategy is, just tell the truth about what's going on. The American people will see pretty clearly who's fighting for the billionaires and who's fighting for them.

Wait, huh?

Did Warren actually suggest that the Democrat Party should tell the truth?

I've written for years about Democrats and their arms-length relationship with the truth — at best. If Democrats ever told the real truth, they'd never win a statewide or presidential election again.

And Elizabeth Warren, of all people, trotting over to CNN, of all pretend-news outlets, and telling Jake Tapper, of all pretend-journalists — with a straight face, no less — that her party should "just tell the truth about what's going on" is laugh-out-loud hilarious.

And the band plays on.

America dodged a bullet when Donald Trump beat Kamala Harris at the ballot box.

One reason why he won is because conservative outlets like RedState kept bringing you the unvarnished truth, and we didn’t try to gaslight you like the mainstream media did.
