"In your face, Democrats!" — the featured image of President Donald Trump might suggest.
If so, an announcement from the White House on Friday is yet another example of why Trump would be justified in feeling that way. As reported by Reuters, top United Arab Emirates (UAE) officials committed to a 10-year, $1.4 trillion investment framework in the U.S. after meeting with Trump on Tuesday, a White House official said on Friday.
The new framework will “substantially increase the UAE’s existing investments in the U.S. economy” in AI infrastructure, semiconductors, energy, and American manufacturing, an official told Reuters in confirming the meeting and outcome.
The official said the agreement resulted from a meeting that Trump held on Tuesday with UAE national security adviser Sheikh Tahnoon bin Zayed in the Oval Office and a dinner that Vice President JD Vance and several Cabinet members held with the UAE delegation, which included the heads of major UAE sovereign wealth funds and corporations.
Under terms of the framework, UAE investment fund ADQ, along with U.S. partner Energy Capital Partners, announced a $25 billion U.S.-focused initiative to invest in energy infrastructure and data centers, the official said.
Trump wrote on Truth Social after the meeting:
The evening demonstrated the long-standing ties and bonds of friendship between our countries. UAE and the U.S. have long been partners in the work to bring peace and security to the Middle East and the World. Discussions also included ways for our countries to increase our partnership for the advancing of our economic and technological futures.
Not to pick on the Democrat Party, but as Democrats and other leftists continue to howl at the moon about the evils of Trump, Elon Musk, DOGE, and God knows what else Trump-related, this president continues to deliver; he continues to win, and mostly, he continues to win for the American people, including those who intentionally remain unaware of — and scream about — his undeniably astonishing first two months back in the White House.

Reuters also reported that XRG, the international investment arm of UAE state oil company ADNOC, has announced its commitment to support U.S. natural gas production and exports with an investment in the NextDecade liquefied natural gas export facility in Texas, the White House official said.
The Bottom Line
From the halls of Congress to the left-wing media sock puppets to the leftist keyboard jockeys on social media, it remains clear as a bell that a majority of the left still doesn't get it. The TDS-afflicted among us continue to refuse to come to grips with the reality that Donald Trump is doing exactly what a majority of voters elected him to do.
Moreover, when the loons on the left trash Trump, they're really trashing a majority of America.
