Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos, Meta (formerly Facebook, Inc.) Mark Zuckerberg, former Microsoft CEO Bill Gates, and, of course, far-left Democrat mega-donor George Soros immediately come to mind.

So how hyperbolically delusional have the Democrats become about Musk's Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) and Trump's strong support of DOGE continuing to uncover multiple billions of dollars of federal government waste, absurd spending, and likely fraud? This delusional, for starters:

Since the election, the media has warned about Musk’s role and influence on President Trump. “Elon Musk Is Inaugurating a New Era of Billionaire Rule,” a headline from the left-wing Jacobin Magazine reads. “Elon Musk puts unprecedented outsize influence on display in government funding fight,” another from ABC News reads.

Yet, the Biden White House allegedly proactively went after Zuckerberg and Facebook, demanding that the mega social media platform censor posts and content critical of all things COVID, including the origin of the virus, government-mandated lockdowns, and (non-vaccine) COVID "vaccines." 

As the furor over Facebook's blatant suppression and outright censorship of negative COVID content grew, Zuckerberg was hauled before Congress to explain what was going on. The grand potentate of Zuckerville told House members that the Biden administration had "screamed" and "cursed" at him when Meta refused the Biden White House's demands. 

But here's the thing. Whether or not Zuck was passing the buck is irrelevant; Facebook had suppressed conservative content for years, well before Biden became president.

How do I know that? Because I wrote for another large site the first time we noticed that traffic generated from our Facebook page "suddenly" decreased, virtually overnight.

So George Soros. Over the course of four disastrous years, an anti-Israel group that receives large checks from Soros scored some 60 trips to the Biden White House for high-level meetings, according to records.

Officials at Emgage, a group that has promoted the anti-Israel Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions movement, have hobnobbed at the White House on at least 60 occasions combined since 2021, according to White House visitor logs reviewed by the Washington Examiner.

Emgage blamed Israel for allegedly provoking Hamas’ Oct. 7 attack last year and counts Khurrum Wahid, an attorney who was reportedly placed on a federal terrorist watch list and has a track record of associating with Muslim Brotherhood-linked groups, as one of its leaders.

Meanwhile, Biden continued to throw Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu under the bus at every concocted opportunity as his administration continued to pressure the Jewish state to agree to ceasefire after ceasefire in its war against Hamas — while the terrorist group continued to violate or back out them.

Incidentally, in addition to Soros-backed nonprofit groups, the Emgage "umbrella" includes a political action committee spending money in elections to boost Democrats such as Reps. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI), Summer Lee (D-PA), and Susan Wild (D-PA), Federal Election Commission filings show. 

Emgage also partners on initiatives with the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) and the Islamic Society of North America — two unindicted co-conspirators in a 2009 terrorism financing case.

While Biden's billionaires — make that "Billionaires' Biden" —was one thing, congressional Democrats were and remain something else. In one recent example, self-described "democratic socialist" Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) took to the Senate Floor last Tuesday to warn about "America's dangerous movement toward oligarchy, authoritarianism, and kleptocracy," adding:

We are living in an extremely dangerous time. Future generations will look back at this moment—what we do right now—and remember whether we had the courage to defend our democracy against the growing threats of oligarchy and authoritarianism.

For Mr. Musk and his fellow oligarchs, the needs, the concerns, the ideas, the dreams of ordinary people are simply an impediment to what they, the oligarchs, are entitled to.

As we speak, right now, Elon Musk, the wealthiest man on the planet, is attempting to dismantle major agencies of the federal government which are designed to protect the needs of working families and the disadvantaged. 

These agencies were created by the U.S. Congress and it is Congress' responsibility to maintain them, to reform them, or to end them. It is not Mr. Musk’s responsibility. What Mr. Musk is doing is patently illegal and unconstitutional—and must be ended.

Calm down, Bernie, Musk is neither doing anything "patently illegal" nor "unconstitutional." 

What Elon Musk is doing is uncovering inefficiencies — and worse — that "Congress' responsibility ... to reform them or end them" either failed to uncover or intentionally ignored.

And not to digress, Bernie, but some in this generation wonder how you can rail against millionaires and billionaires ad nauseam yet have no problem owning two large homes and an estimated net worth somewhere between $3 million and $15 million — all while making a Senate salary of $210,000.

Finally, I'd be remiss if I failed to include (blister) Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) and his hysterical hypocrisy. As I reported last Monday, Schumer announced the launch of a Democrat portal to "provide a check on the executive branch (Trump)" and "uncover fraud and abuse in the federal government."

As I wrote at the time, you can't make it up. Better (or worse) yet, we don't have to. 

The Democrat Party has not only intentionally kowtowed to the radical left; it has also continued to be the most hypocritical group of people on the planet — and it always will be.
