Let's just cut to the chase and then come back and rip Kamala Harris to shreds, valid piece by valid piece. In yet one more example of what a Harris critic said "just fits a larger pattern," the president-wannabe kicked hurricane preparedness briefings to the curb as she jetted back to D.C. from Las Vegas to attend a FEMA briefing and book a Wednesday flight to storm-hit Augusta, Georgia.
Did I mention that Georgia is a crucial swing state?
It should be noted that both Donald Trump and Mike Pence attended hurricane preparedness briefings during their four years in office, as did Joe Biden in 2021, 2022, and 2023. But, hey, when photo ops can be created, you can bet that cackling Kamala will be there every time.
A former aide to then-Vice President Mike Pence aide summed it up for the New York Post.
“Harris hasn’t demonstrated the ability — or desire — to do the apolitical parts of the job that have a huge impact on our lives. Why should Americans trust her to start in the Oval Office?
Easy. We shouldn't trust Harris. Just like we didn't trust her when Joe bestowed the ridiculous title of "Border Czar" on the do-nothing VP. How'd that all work out?

Meanwhile, Joe Biden — practically a missing person — defended himself for "monitoring" the devastation of Hurricane Helene with a typical snarky answer in response to a reporter's question about why he and Harris weren't in Washington commanding the government's response to the devastation.

Whoa. Two hours. No doubt both of those two-hour session required some serious nap time.
Harris Gives Pep Talk to Emergency Workers

What did Harris reveal about herr true character as sitting vice president and president wannabe? What did she reveal about her true character as clueless Biden's border czar? More importantly, God forbid, if she wins the election, what will she reveal about her true character over the next four years? I shudder the thought.

Donald Trump blistered Harris for posting an image on X of herself supposedly working the phones from Air Force Two. Just one problem: The headphones she was wearing weren't plugged in. Yet, Harris said:

They sacrificed Americans to an Open Border, and now, they have left Americans to drown in North Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, Alabama, and elsewhere in the South. Under this Administration, Americans always come last, because we have “leaders” who have no idea how to lead!

The people in western North Carolina feel let down, deservedly so. The response has been disappointing. We’ve begun to see some resources brought in today, but the storm was over about 80 hours ago. The storm was over about 10 a.m. Friday. We knew that the storm was coming and only today are we beginning to see the first FEMA employees and trailers and helicopters come in.
Is it any surprise?
