So I decided to kick off my Thursday efforts with a non-Biden-scandal or non-Trump-legal-issues article. If you're like me, you might need a short break from the wall-to-wall reportage on both subjects. While Biden is the subject, this one's about his locutionary struggles, for which President Word Smith is legendary.

It occurs to me that we should perhaps first define "locution":

A particular form of expression; a word, phrase, expression, or idiom, especially as used by a particular person, group, etc.; a style of speech or verbal expression; phraseology.

Biden's come up with more than a few beauties in the past, as I'm sure you're aware. 

Here are just two of my faves: "badakathcare" and "trunalimunumaprzure" — both of which were used by Basement Joe during the 2020 presidential campaign.

First off, here's Joe, all pumped-up chest, Barney Fife-like, stumping in 2020:

I wanna say something we don't say often enough and I mean this from the bottom of my heart. ... Barack and I think it's a right for people to have badakathcare. 

"Barack" was unavailable to explain his thoughts on badakathcare.

And here was Joe ranting about trunalimunumaprzure:

I'll lead an effective strategy to mobilize trunalimunumaprzure!

Any guesses? Me, neither. 

OK, I've kept you in suspense — buried the lede, as it were — long enough. I'm sure you're sitting on the edge of your seat —with bated breath, of course — to hear Joe's latest brand new word. 

Ready? "Bipartfluxanicstructure."

But then, when I sign Bipartfluxanicstructure...

Yeah, I got nothin'. Hell, I don't even know if I spelled it correctly. 

That said, let's go to Joe one more time.

Look. No joke, Jack — I'm not playin' around here, you dog-faced pony soldier! 

Incidentally, when Joe Biden does manage to say the words he means to say, he often spews outrageous bilge. Remember when he referred to Donald Trump and MAGA Republicans as "semi-fascists"? 

What we’re seeing now is the beginning of the death knell of an extreme MAGA philosophy. It’s not just Trump, it’s the entire philosophy that underpins the — I’m going to say something, it’s like semi-fascism.

You just know Biden only inserted "semi" because he lacked the cojones to leave it out. 

And with respect to on-demand late-term abortion, Biden called it an "essential health care service."

Abortion is an essential health care service. It’s being used as a political wedge right now, and it shouldn’t be.  … States should not be using a public health crisis to infringe on a woman’s constitutional right.

Perhaps Joe Biden needs to do a bit of learning himself up on the U.S. Constitution. 

The Bottom Line

From serial lying to passing every buck that comes down the pike to desperately attempting to take credit when no credit is due to making up nonsensical words, with regularity, to aimlessly wandering off stage, 80-year-old Joseph Robinette Biden Jr. has zero business running for reelection. 

And hardworking Americans who value honor, who respect the U.S. Constitution and its Amendments, and who demand the protection of our borders from a never-ending illegal alien invasion have zero reasons to vote for Corn Pop's pal in the 2024 presidential election. That said, let's not screw it up.
