Biden's Latest Inflation Scapegoat Is Even More Laughable Than His Last One

This is going to be one of those articles that almost write themselves, particularly given the magnificently inept guy and subject matter at hand. Joe Biden, after months of blaming Vladimir Putin for all that ails America, on Sunday, announced via Twitter a spanking new scapegoat: The Republican Party.

No, really.

A point of clarification, as we continue: when we suggest “Joe Biden tweeted…”, we all know that the buck-passer-in-chief more than likely had zero idea that the tweet in question even existed, let alone that he tweeted it, right? Anyway, here’s the latest ridiculous nonsense from Joe’s puppeteers:

Republicans are doing nothing but obstructing our efforts to crack down on gas-price gouging, lower food prices, lower healthcare costs, and hopefully, soon, lower your prescription drug costs.

This is not right. And that’s why this election is going to be so darn important.

What is not right is Team Biden’s complete and utter failure to take responsibility for any of the crises they and they alone have visited on the American people — most of those crises on purpose.

Even worse, after first getting laughed off the stage for attempting to blame Putin for inflation — including “Putin’s gas price hikes” — they now have the unmitigated gall to try to blame Republicans.

Even worse — and more hilariously at the same time? Here’s Biden in June 2020, attempting to do his best Harry “The Buck Stops Here” Truman impersonation:

It’s hard to believe this has to be said, but unlike this president, I’ll do my job and take responsibility. I won’t blame others. And I’ll never forget that the job isn’t about me — it’s about you.

We knew Harry Truman, Joe. And Joe? You’re no Harry Truman. (Yes; an obscure political reference.)

The bottom line:

It’s simple. Biden is Biden. People ultimately revert to form. This guy has lied, plagiarized, passed the buck, and otherwise tried to project himself as someone he’s not, throughout his 50 years in Washington, D.C.

That said, if you (third-person) have been surprised in the least by the “transformation” of Joe “A Time to Heal” Biden — AKA: President “Unity” — since his hollow 2020 election “promises”? That’s on you.

CNN contributor Scott Jennings nailed it in a concise tweet:

88% wrong track + 38% job approval = good f’ing luck with this BS.

The entire Democrat Party was unavailable for comment.

Meanwhile, the fact that enough people believed this guy’s lies to elect him President of the United States is, sadly, on all of us — to the extent that all Americans continue to pay the terrible price.

And I don’t just mean at the pump.
