The U.S Senate has confirmed Biden nominee Kristen Clarke (back row in the above picture) to lead the Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division. Maine Republican Sen. Susan Collins joined all 50 Democrats in the confirmation of Clarke, despite harsh criticism from Senate Republicans of Clarke’s promotion of an essay that compared police to the Ku Klux Klan, along with other disgusting insults of America’s law enforcement officers.
BREAKING: The Senate has confirmed Kristen Clarke to lead the Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division.
Not only is she eminently qualified and the ideal person to advance our civil rights and restore credibility at the Division, she’s the first Black woman to hold this role.
Uh-huh.

There it is. “First black woman to hold this role” eminently qualifies Clarke to lead the Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division. Never mind that she once shilled for an essay comparing America’s law enforcement officers to the Ku Klux Klan.
Although on second thought, both facts are damn near prerequisites for the job in the eyes of today’s Democrat Party, right Joe? Kamala? Nancy? Chucky?
“Pragmatic moderate” Kamala Harris was near giddy over the confirmation of Clarke, slobbering all over Clarke “fighting for equal justice” for all Americans.lying her as
“Kristen Clarke has spent her career fighting for equal justice and protecting Americans’ civil and voting rights.
“As the Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights, she will continue that fight as we see a rise in voter suppression and hate crimes across the country.”
Uh-huh, Kammie. Including the surge of black-on-Asian hate crimes now plaguing several American cities? Kamala? Yo, Kamala?

Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) shared his thoughts with Fox News host Mark Levin in mid-April.
“Democrats will all fall in line and support Joe Biden’s DOJ pick Kristen Clarke despite the fact she celebrated cop killers as political prisoners.
“It is truly radical.”
Spot-on, Ted. Again.

Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) said on Monday:
“When President Biden’s nominees have been qualified & mainstream, they’ve received bipartisan cooperation.
“But the president’s choice to head a key division at Dept of Justice as Asst AG failed to even advance out of committee.”
C’mon, Mitch. Just more of Joe’s “unity” and “a time to heal.” Don’t be a downer, dude.

As reported by Daily Caller in late April, Clarke circulated an essay written by Amiri Baraka in which the controversial “poet” defended cop-killer Mumia Abu-Jamal — convicted of murder and given a life sentence for the 1981 traffic stop death of Officer Daniel Faulkner — and compared the police to the KKK.
Clarke in 1999 forwarded the essay to her mentor at Columbia University, suggesting it be used in a magazine and at a conference on race and the death penalty, noted Daily Caller.
In the “essay,” Baraka wrote: “The Klan is now the Police,” and suggested that Abu-Jamal was “being held hostage.”

But, hey — Joe’s a healer. He wants to be the president of all Americans, just like he told us. And Kamala Harris is a “pragmatic moderate.” And other hilarious bull crap.
The reality is the Democrat Party under Joe Biden no long practices obfuscation. Nancy Pelosi’s House Democrat Caucus no longer relies on disingenuousness — nor does Chucky Schumer’s Senate Democrat Majority. Today’s Democrat Party is not the Democrat Party of your parents, gang. But you already knew that. The confirmation of Kristen Clarke to lead the Department of Justice Civil Rights Division is just one more piece of the puzzle.
Democrat lawmakers have laid down the blatant gauntlet and are preceding with their plan to destroy America as we know it as fast as they can — with a nervous eye first on the 2022 midterm elections, and holding onto the White House in 2024. We must not let them win.
