Perhaps the only thing better than watching self-absorbed Hollywood loons make fools of themselves — which happens with regularity — is listening to leaked audio of them really making fools of themselves.

Such was the case recently when megastar Tom Cruise went berserk in a profanity-filled rant that began over two crew workers on the set of “Mission Impossible 7” — are we only up to 7? I thought we were somewhere in the high-teens — who standing two close to one another. Within two meters, as reported by The Sun.

According to The Sun, Cruise has worked tirelessly behind the scenes of the latest MI movie, enforcing tight social-distancing rules during the filming, which is taking place in Britain. Upon seeing the two crew workers violating the social distancing rule, Cruise completely lost it, the more he raged.

Lemme just say; COVID Karen ain’t got nothin’ on Tom Cruise.

“If I see you do it again, you’re f***ing gone. And if anyone in this crew does it, that’s it — and you too, and you too. And you— don’t you ever f***ing do it again!”

In the clip, which had racked up nearly 6.5 million “views” in less than 24 hours, Cruise absolutely went full-metal Karen at the poor crew, 50 of whom were left stunned by Cruise’s seemingly never-ending out-of-control rant.

“They’re back there in Hollywood making movies right now because of us. “We are creating thousands of jobs, you motherf**kers!

“That’s it. No apologies. You can tell it to the people that are losing their f***ing homes because our industry is shut down!”

“We are not shutting this f***ing movie down. Is it understood? If I see it again, you’re f***ing gone!”

So grab some popcorn and a couple of beers — or whatever non-manly alcoholic beverage you prefer [sarc] — pull up a set of ears, and listen to multizillionaire Tom Cruise completely lose his crap against a group of people making hourly wages just to make him look good pretending to be someone he’s not, on a pretend movie set and stuff.

You don’t think Tom Cruise takes himself and the movie business far more seriously than he should, do you? Like, it’s the centerpiece of the U.S. economy?

Twitter being Twitter, the festivities began as soon as the audio hit social media.

2020. It just keeps getting better. Let’s just hope and pray that Tom Cruise and his $570 million make it through “Mission Impossible 7” safely.
