Michael Moore Warns Dems on Trump: 'If He Thinks He's Going to Win, Then I Think He's Going to Win!'

Documentary filmmaker Michael Moore, who seemingly obsesses 24×7 about a man he can’t get out of his head, is back with a final warning to the Democrat Party about Donald J. Trump. In a word, Moore cautions: underestimate Trump’s support at your own peril.

During an appearance on Hill TV‘s “Rising” podcast on Thursday, Moore told hosts Saagar Enjeti and Krystal Ball that he believes the best way to estimate Democrat presidential nominee Joe Biden’s support in the filmmaker’s home state of Michigan and other swing states is to cut Biden’s polling lead in half in their heads — and operate on that premise.

“Trump has tightened virtually every one of these swing states to the point where this morning — Biden’s five points ahead in Wisconsin. He’s maybe three points ahead in Florida, two points ahead in Arizona.

“Don’t believe these polls first of all, and second of all, the Trump vote is always being undercounted.

“Pollsters, when they actually call a real Trump voter — the Trump voter is very suspicious of the ‘deep state’ calling them and asking them who they’re voting for. It’s all ‘fake news’ to them, remember. So it is not an accurate count.

“I think the safe thing to do — this is not scientific — I’m just saying from my experience of being a Michigander. Whatever they’re saying the Biden lead is, cut it in half right now in your head. Cut it in half, and now you’re within the four-point margin of error. That’s how desperately close this is.

“It’s awful news that Biden is ahead by seven points in Michigan,” he said, “and I have to fight against this constantly.” Given that Moore accurately predicted a Trump win in 2016, he told Ball and Enjeti that people continually ask him to predict the 2020 election outcome.

Surprisingly, Moore all but predicted Trump will be re-elected.

“People keep asking me ‘what do you think is gonna happen. Because in 2016… four months, five months before the election, I said that Trump’s going to win and he’s going to win by winning Michigan, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania. I wake up every morning with the assumption that Trump believes he’s going to win and that’s good enough for me. If he thinks he’s going to win, then I think he’s going to win.”

Then came a caveat.

“I am going to act every minute of today and the rest of the day until I fall asleep after midnight, I am going to be working to make sure he doesn’t win.”

Surprisingly, Moore scoffed at the notion promulgated by the Democrats and their left-wing media sock puppets that Trump is a bombastic buffoon who has no idea what he’s doing.

“I know he’s an evil genius. And he’s smarter than all of us. And I know people hate to hear that but I’m sorry. To win the White House by losing the [2016] election, that’s genius. I don’t know how to do that.

“If I had told you 5-6 years ago, ‘Hey, you guys, I’m thinking of running for president. Now here’s my plan. I’m gonna lose the vote, but I’m gonna win the election. […] That’s how serious I’m taking it. I’m not just doing it as an exercise. […]

“He’s already done it. He’s already fooled everybody. And everybody must act right now as if this could happen again, and if it does happen again, game over.”

Déjà vu all over again?

With the presidential election just four days away, Michael Moore and his obvious dread — ever-reminded by the “horror” of 2016 — is the personification of the Democrat Party.

Sure, he — and they — think they can beat Trump; they’re counting on it. But gnawing on their TDS-riddled brains is the once-incomprehensive notion that the “reality TV show host” can do it to them again next week.

By the way, this was not the first time Moore warned the Democrats about another Trump win. In a late-August article titled Deja Vu All Over Again? Michael Moore Warns Dems About Key Factor for Another Trump Win, I reported on Moore’s then-words of caution:

“I’m warning you almost 10 weeks in advance. The enthusiasm level for the 60 million in Trump’s base is OFF THE CHARTS!”

In other fun Michael Moore news, as my RedState colleague Brad Slager reported on Thursday, Moore this week fell for a parody video about a “Trump supporter” — in spectacular fashion.

So now we must do our duty, people. For Michael Moore. We must do our best to help the TDS-inflicted filmmaker continue his unblemished record of predicting Donald J. Trump presidential election wins. #MichaelMooreMatters
