As President Trump continued to recover from COVID-19 at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland, on Saturday, unable to campaign with just 31 days before the election, hundreds of supporters decided to take the campaign to him. 

In what became a cross between a prayer vigil and a fired-up campaign rally, as reported by Fox45 News in Bethesda, supporters waved American flags and Trump 2020 signs in a show of support.

As reported by Breitbart News, FreedomWorks and other groups urged supporters to show up for the “Get Well Soon Mr. President” rally outside the gates of Walter Reed on Saturday night.

As reported by Breitbart News, a gay Republican said the “mainstream” media “twists” Trump’s support for the LGBT community.

“The man has done so much for our community but the mainstream media twists it so much, and they will not give him credit for anything he’s done. I mean, he’s called out world leaders who has [sic] persecution of gays and lesbians in their countries.

“He’s the first president that ever went into his first term supporting gay marriage already. He called out the gay and lesbian community in a Republican National Committee in 2016. It’s unheard of.”

Trump has created “the new Republican Party,” he said.

“This is the new Republican Party. The man that’s laying over in that hospital bed does not care what your sexuality is, he does not care what your gender is, he doesn’t care what your race is. If you are a good person, that’s what he cares about.”

Not only was this guy right; the Left skewers those it deems required to live on the liberal plantation, solely because of sexual preference, skin color, gender, national origin, and everyone else so deemed.
