Let me ask that again: With 350,000 dead registered voters across 42 states — including three critical swing states — to one state allowing ballots to be counted up to nine days after election day, what the heck is going on with America’s presidential election process?
More importantly, what the heck is going on with the integrity of America’s presidential election process?
With the election just 40 days away, the pitched battle between the Democrat Party and Donald Trump over the safety (integrity, security, validity; you pick) of mail-in voting, among other charges of voter fraud, continues to intensify.
As I reported in a piece earlier today titled MSNBC’s ayes Goes Full-Bore Wingnut: Trump Openly Plotting ‘Coup to Steal the Election’, conspiracy-theorist MSNBC host Chris Hayes laid out for his viewers his belief that Trump is “plotting, in open, in public, repeatedly, a coup to steal the election and hold onto power.”
Hayes cited comments about mail-in voting Trump made earlier in the day, which included, in part: “We will have to see what happens. You know that. I have been complaining very strongly about the ballots, and the ballots are a disaster.”
While it’s a foregone conclusion that both sides will accuse the other of cheating, legitimate reasons exist to be concerned about the integrity of voting in the 2020 election.
As reported by the Washington Free Beacon, an election watchdog has found that there may be as many as 350,000 dead individuals on voter rolls across 42 states — 51 percent of them in just five states, including the critical swing states of Florida, Michigan, and Texas.

The Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF), an Indiana-based election integrity group, conducted a nationwide study to identify the hundreds of thousands of deceased individuals on voter rolls. During its analysis, the group also found that nearly 40,000 likely duplicate registrants “appear to have cast second votes in 2018 from the same address.”
Just five states—New York, Texas, Michigan, Florida, and California—accounted for 51 percent of the total number of deceased individuals on voter rolls, according to the group. PILF further found that nearly 15,000 registrants were credited with voting after death in the 2016 and 2018 elections.
The analysis comes as states across the country prepare to handle a surge of mail-in voting for the November elections. Numerous problems plagued mail-in voting during the primary elections this year. Nevada’s largest county sent out more than 200,000 mail-in primary ballots to the wrong addresses, while reports also indicated that 84,000 mail-in presidential primary ballots cast in New York City were disqualified.
Logan Churchwell, communications director for PILF told WFB his organization sees major cause for concern.
“Our voter rolls have not, and will not be ready for a mail-focused election this November. State court decisions in swing states allowing for relaxed deadlines, signature verification, and harvesting now sit on a foundation of bad voter data.
“In Pennsylvania, your misdelivered ballot to the hands of a bad actor will now have extra time to get turned in and not face the traditional standards for signature verification. The only way to absolutely avoid this nightmare is to vote in person.”
As reported by Politico last week, Pennsylvania’s Supreme Court extended the due date for mail-in ballots in the November election, a decision that will likely result in more votes being counted in the state — and more time to determine the final results.
Mail-in ballots have previously been due by the time polls close on Election Day. But the court’s order adds a three-day extension to receive ballots that are postmarked by 8 p.m. on Election Day. Ballots with a pre-election postmark will now be counted as long as they are received by 5 p.m. on Nov. 6, three days after the polls close.
It gets worse.
As reported by Breitbart, Democrats in North Carolina won major concessions on Tuesday from state election authorities, who agreed to their demands to relax the rules on mail-in ballots.
Fox News host Mark Levin was among those who shared his concerns.
“The 4th battleground state, in which Democrats have extended the vote count beyond Election Day as the effort to steal the election is taking place before our eyes.”

In an agreement filed with the courts in North Carolina, the plaintiffs — a coalition of Democrat-aligned interest groups — agreed to settle their lawsuit against the state in return for allowing ballots to be counted up to nine days after Election Day; allowing voters to “cure” problems with submitted ballots; and creating ballot “drop-off” stations.
The consent decree also appears to allow “ballot harvesting” by third parties, requiring only that they provide an address and phone number when they return someone else’s ballot.
Democrat lawyer Marc Elias celebrated the outcome as a “victory”:
🚨BREAKING: North Carolina agrees via guidance/ consent decree:
✅Count ballots postmarked by E-Day/received by 11/12.
✅Adopt a cure process for rejected absentees
✅Establish VBM drop-off stationsVictory for @MajorityFwd, @RedistrictFdn and NC voters.https://t.co/vEOxQIgmW8

Finally, as reported by Forbes last week, in addition to North Carolina and Pennsylvania, voters in the critical swing states of Wisconsin, Michigan, and Georgia will now have more time to submit their mail-in ballots and have their votes counted, as well.
Yet, from Nancy Pelosi and the entirety of the Democrat Party to MSNBC’s sniveling host, Chris Hayes, it is Trump whom America should fear will attempt to subvert the election. It is Trump who is plotting an open coup to steal the election and hold onto power.
Does this whole thing smack of the Russian “collusion” hoax?
Democrats tried in vain to foist the “collusion” hoax on the American people, but at the end of the proverbial day, it was their side — including Hillary Clinton — for which a case can be made — that colluded with Russia in an attempt to sway the election.
Speaking of Hillary, remember how she became near-apoplectic when Trump refused during a 2016 presidential debate to say whether he would accept the election results? Yet is has been Hillary who has whined to anyone willing to listen that she was denied victory.
It is Hillary in late August who warned Joe Biden not to concede on election night “under any circumstances.”
Again, what the heck is going on, here?
The bottom line:
What the heck is going on here is the Democrat Party, along with its sock puppets in the liberal media, is preparing its rank-and-file members for a Trump win. Preconditioning its voters that if Trump does to Biden what he did to Hillary, he can only win by cheating; exactly what they charged — and failed miserably — in 2016.
Remember, the depth of the Left’s hypocrisy is equaled only by the disingenuousness and dishonesty it will employ to achieve its goals. The paramount goal now is to beat Trump — by hook or by crook.
