Kid Rock teamed up with Donald Trump Jr. and Kimberly Guilfoyle at an electrifying MAGA rally in Michigan on Monday, and needless to say, anyone who knows anything about The Kid knows he rocked it.
The “American Bad Ass” rocker headlined the campaign rally at the Bumpers Landing Boat Club in must-win Macomb County, where he performed a collection of hits, including “Born Free,” “Cowboy,” and “All Summer Long” for the fired-up crowd of Trump supporters.
Fox 2 Detroit anchor Roop Raj was among the media on hand.

During a 15-minute speech in which he cautioned that the American Dream would be at risk under the leadership of “radical Democrats,” Donald Trump Jr. warned the crowd about a stark reality with which we have become all too familiar in the summer of 2020:
“Just remember, this isn’t your grandparents’ Democratic Party. This party doesn’t represent working class Americans anymore. It doesn’t even represent decent Americans anymore.”

Kid Rock — one of the most prominent Trump boosters in the celebrity ranks — performed for several thousand in Michigan. Rock and his band played a short set, following remarks by Donald Trump Jr. and his girlfriend, Kimberly Guilfoyle. https://t.co/SdzE08WY67

As reported by Breitbart News, Trump Jr. introduced Kid Rock, who kicked off his mini-concert with “If you believe in the leadership of Donald Trump… then make some noise…”

The Kid briefly referred to continuing protests by the NFL, NBA, and MLB, in classic Kid Rock style. “This is the only time I’ll take a motherf****** knee, I’ll tell you that much,” he declared, prior to singing “Born Free,” as reported by Raj.

He also nailed it with a reference to the Democrats’ incessant attack on “the rich”: “I want to see everybody do well in this country but I don’t think you make the poor rich by making the rich poorer. F*** that.”

Prior to the rally, Kid Rock posted a message of support for Trump on Instagram, along with an image of what he had to do, just to perform.
“In case anyone is not clear on how much I support our President… Myself and Don Jr have a rally tonight in Macomb County Michigan for his re-election.
“I have been dealing with neck issues for years (from performing like I do for the past 30 years) and spent the morning at the Dr’s office getting 2 Steroid shots, one in my ass and the other in my neck, etc, etc. Would make sense to cancel my appearance, but NO WAY! I will be there and will give it everything I have this evening.
“That is how important getting POTUS re-elected is too [sic] me and I could care less about the continuous attacks from the left wing media, etc, that have been going on for over 4 years now.
“It’s the reason I have turned down countless interviews and TV appearances as I refuse to be their click bait. I am currently filming a career documentary and will address EVERYTHING in it, on my own terms.”
Incidentally, last year — one day after the nothingburger Russia “collusion” investigation was completed by special counsel Robert Mueller — Kid Rock golfed with President Trump at the Trump International Golf Club in West Palm Beach, Florida.
“What a great man, so down to earth and so fun to be with!! KEEP AMERICA GREAT!!”, he tweeted.
Another great day on the links! Thank you to POTUS for having me and to EVERYONE at Trump International for being so wonderful. What a great man, so down to earth and so fun to be with!! KEEP AMERICA GREAT!! -Kid Rock pic.twitter.com/cSsswI5PbW

Interesting, isn’t it? And inspiring, as well.
Two guys who come from completely different backgrounds, and lead even more-different lives, are on the same page, politically.
As I write, we are 49 days from the election. As Kid Rock said, if you believe in the leadership of Donald Trump, make some noise; because as Trump Jr. said, this isn’t your grandparents’ Democrat Party.
We could not have learned that lesson any clearer over the past year.
