FILE – In this Jan. 9, 2018 file photo, Rose McGowan participates in the “Citizen Rose” panel during the NBCUniversal Television Critics Association Winter Press Tour in Pasadena, Calif. McGowan says it’s time for Harvey Weinstein to drop his story about a “consensual” relationship. The actress was responding to Weinstein’s denial that he raped McGowan. McGowan told The Associated Press on Thursday that she wished Weinstein would “fall of the planet.” She added that “truth” and “reality” were on her side. (Photo by Willy Sanjuan/Invision/AP, File)

There’s nothing better than two out-of-touch, rich beyond their wildest dreams, elitist, lefty Hollywood know-it-alls going at one another.

Unless it plays out on Twitter for all the world to see, that is.

Such was the case when Rose McGowan and Alyssa Milano tore into each other like Michael Moore powering through a couple of Mickey D’s Double Quarter Pounders with Cheese. In a word, it was delicious.

To set the stage for those who care just as much as I don’t about what Hollywood loons think, here are a couple of recent goings-on by McGowan and Milano — just to get you up to speed.

McGowan, upon learning that Donald Trump in January had taken out Iranian mastermind terrorist Qasem Soleimani with four Hellfire missiles, apologized to Iran on Twitter, calling the Trump administration a “terrorist regime.”

The tweet, which as since been deleted, read:

Dear #Iran, The USA has disrespected your country, your flag, your people. 52% of us humbly apologize. We want peace with your nation. We are being held hostage by a terrorist regime. We do not know how to escape. Please do not kill us. #Soleimani pic.twitter.com/YE54CqGCdr

Meanwhile, Alyssa Milano in April urged Americans to remain safe from COVID by “keep[ing] our social distancing, washing our hands, and  not bringing dangerous firearms into our homes,” as reported by my RedState colleague Jeff Charles.

Anyway, the spat began on Thursday, when the two former “Charmed” co-stars “got caught up in an ugly Twitter feud that started over politics, and quickly became very personal,” as reported by Page Six.

McGowan kicked off the festivities by asking her followers a general question: “What have Democrats done to solve ANYTHING?”

**Warning: harsh language**

Milano wasted little time in firing back — with more than 20 tweets of examples, in chronological order, of what she sees as the Democrat Party’s accomplishments.

GAME ON!

McGowan returned fire, quickly making things personal.

And on it went.

The bottom line:

Here’s the thing. I suspect most of you reading this piece care as little about Hollywooders and the nonsense they spew as I do.

Here’s the other thing. Watching liberals eat their own is a beautiful thing to behold, is it not? When those two liberals are Rose McGowan and Alyssa Milano, it doesn’t get any better.

Incidentally, if you’re dying to see Alyssa Milano silently comb strands of wet hair from her head, before looking into the camera and admonishing America, “Wear a damn mask!”, check out my piece from earlier this month:
