These Celebs Promised They Would Move... They Should.

As with every election it seems there is a group on one side or the other that announce they will leave America if a certain candidate wins. This year was no different and those in the public eye were even more vocal than usual about their real desire to live in socialism in either Canada or Europe.

Melanie Z at The Hill went to great lengths to compile a list of those who threatened to leave the country if Trump won the election. She breaks them down into groups of Actors, Comedians, Singers and Political Figures.  Here are just a few examples of the talent we could be losing from the article:

Bryan Cranston said he hopes he doesn’t have to pack his bags, but would “definitely move” if Trump won. “Absolutely, I would definitely move,” the “Breaking Bad” star said on “The Bestseller Experiment” podcast. “It’s not real to me that that would happen. I hope to God it won’t.”

Barbara Streisand, a vocal Clinton supporter, told “60 Minutes” that “I’m either coming to your country if you’ll let me in, or Canada.”

Comedian Amy Schumer said in September that Spain would be her destination of choice.

Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg joked in an interview with The New York Times in July that it’d be time to move to New Zealand if Trump were to win.

These celebrities represent the worst of their kind. They make more money off the backs of Americans than anyone, then pout like children when they don’t get their own way.  They represent the sophisticated side of America, so they couldn’t possibly not know just how good we have it here. Not every American has the opportunity to see other countries to compare, but these spoiled stars have no excuse for their ignorant remarks.

I’ll probably miss Samuel L. Jackson the Most.
