Next week, the Susan B. Anthony List’s Rep. Marilyn Musgrave is teaming up with Live Action’s Lila Rose for a bus tour hitting key Congressional districts in the fight to defund Planned Parenthood — especially in the Continuing Resolution.

So far, the bus tour is scheduled to make 11 stops in 7 states — Iowa, Illinois, Ohio, Pennsylvania, New York, Rhode Island, and New Hampshire. (See the entire tentative schedule here)

We’re on a mission to defend six pro-life Representatives who are facing a barrage of paid media attacks from Planned Parenthood for voting to defund them — Reps. Randy Hultgren, Joe Walsh, Mike Fitzpatrick, Patrick Meehan, and Frank Guinta.*

We’re also going on the offense, targeting seven members of Congress who failed to protect women, young girls, and taxpayers by voting against the Pence Amendment to defund Planned Parenthood in the CR — Reps. Leonard Boswell, Bruce Braley, Marcy Kaptur, Jason Altmire, Bill Owens, and David Cicilline.

We must send Congress a loud and clear message: Defunding Planned Parenthood in the Continuing Resolution is a Non-Negotiable.

Planned Parenthood fits with the taxpayer’s desire to slash government funding for organizations that are one, capable of operating on their own with private funding and two, have serious questions about their internal oversight and compliance with the law. In addition, recent video evidence — seen here on RedState — has indicated that Planned Parenthood is willing to aid and abet sex traffickers.

The time to defund Planned Parenthood is now, and Congress — especially the GOP House Leadership — has the power to get the job done.

To do anything less would be to abandon the best interests of women, children, and taxpayers.
