Sarah Huckabee Sanders appeared on Fox News Tuesday to discuss the current impeachment circus and why she thinks there is no “there” there.

Sanders pointed out that not only do the transcripts show there was no quid pro quo, it is very telling that Nancy Pelosi announced her impeachment inquiry before she even had any information.

Every member of the call would report back to this individual. That sounds quite high to me and something that I would be shocked if that was correct. Again, I think that the whistleblower’s complaint at this point is really irrelevant because we have the transcript and we can see there was nothing inappropriate about the call, there was no quid pro quo. The President was acting as he should have. And I think the biggest thing here to look at is the fact that Nancy Pelosi made her impeachment inquiry announcement prior to ever having any information. That should be looked into. That shows, I think, the true nature of what this is. It’s all about politics.

Wishful impeaching?
