Vice President JD Vance delivered an early Christmas present to the Republicans on Democrats' affordability game, giving the GOP the blueprint for how to dismantle the talking points and use them in their favor ahead of the midterms.
During his speech in Allentown, Pennsylvania, on Tuesday, Vance hit the Democrats on the mess former President Joe Biden made of the economy, putting the fault where it belongs — with the party that gave a free pass to illegals during an invasion of our country for four years of Biden’s presidency.

If Republicans are unsure how to flip these leftie talking points on their head, JD showed them how to do so brilliantly in his speech that was billed as "celebrating President [Donald] Trump’s economic success and the administration’s commitment to lower prices and bigger paychecks."
"Democrats say, you know, things aren’t affordable,” Vance said. “‘This isn't affordable... housing's gotten more expensive.' And you know what? They're right. And it was because of them."
“If you go back to the four years of the Biden administration, why did housing get so expensive? Double in price during the Biden administration?” he added. “It’s because Joe Biden let in 20 million illegal immigrants who took homes that all by right go to American citizens and to the people of this great state.”
“When you ask why is it that we have trillions of dollars of new investment coming into the United States of America? Because we finally got a president who says, ‘If you are going to build in America. If you are going to invest in America…we are going to make it easy for you,'” Vance continued.

During his speech, Vance also hit on things like lower rent for the last four months due to the crackdown, ridding the country of illegal alien criminals in this country, allowing for more homes for Americans, lower energy prices, and more.
“So, if you look at every single affordability crisis that we talk about in the United States of America today, it’s because we inherited a nightmare of an economy from Joe Biden,” Vance said. “The highest peacetime debt and deficits in the history of the United States of America, that blows the door off inflation.”
"You know why gas prices have come down so much? Because we finally got an American president who wants to invest in American energy and American workers, instead of green energy boondoggles that are produced overseas,” he added.

Every single one of the members of the GOP needs to memorize Vance’s comments and get this crystal clear message out that Trump and the Republicans didn’t make this mess the country is dealing with on the economic front, but they are doing the work to fix it.
