After a powerful and emotional speech in front of the United Nations in September, there was a lot of speculation that the Nobel Prize committee was looking at Greta Thunberg as a potential recipient of the Nobel Prize for Peace.
However, the committee ended up choosing someone other than the child-turned-environmentalist hero for the prize, giving it to Ethopian leader Abiy Ahmed Ali.
Ali’s prize comes after he successfully negotiated a peace deal that would stop violence at his nation’s border, bringing peace to his nation.
Speculation on Thunberg came after she made veiled threats of global revolution if the United Nations did nothing about the global climate crisis. It’s currently unclear how such threats may have affected her chances at a prize designed to celebrate peace.
The awarding of the prize to Ali will likely have no effect on Thunberg, a young child on the autism spectrum who advocates for the climate change movement, it is a serious blow to the psychotic death cult that has turned her into the golden calf they can worship and hide behind when they face criticism of pushing a crisis that has yet to manifest in any meaningful way, and whose previously touted “science” has yet to produce a single successful prediction.
The cult that has adopted her as their god has shown no signs of letting her be free to be an actual child who can enjoy life, instead opting to continue to fill her head with fear of climate disaster and a loathing for the developed world. They may also be seeking an early start on the 2020 Nobel Prize.
