Congratulations to Democrat Michael Bennet of Colorado, who has become the 723rd Democrat to enter the 2020 race.

Bennet joins several colleagues from the U.S. Senate, including Kamala Harris, Corey Booker, and Elizabeth Warren, as well as former Vice President Joe Biden and The Man Who Could Not Beat Ted Cruz, Beto O’Rourke.

Bennet’s platform appears to be that he is a prostate cancer survivor and “telling the truth”, a rather novel idea that I have yet to believe any politician can really pull off.

Expected to join Bennet and the 942 other Democrats currently running are Montana governor Steve Bullock, several former Democratic governors, two dozen current and former Congresswomen, and the entire California legislature.
