As a site, RedState has largely stood in opposition to the candidacy of Donald Trump. It has been somewhat of a double-edged sword in that we are seeing more conservatives with values lock on to us as a banner of conservatism to gather under, while at the same time putting a target on many of our backs.
Senior Contributing Editor Ben Howe has been extremely vocal in his opposition, and a Twitter argument led to his appearance on Tomi Lahren’s show on The Blaze. In his appearance, Ben lays out the case against Donald Trump and for the #NeverTrump movement, despite the usual and tired counterpoints from the show’s host.
