In 2011, Chris Beck retired from the Navy SEAL Teams as a Senior Chief. He had served 20 years in the Navy, ending with DEVGRU (commonly known as SEAL Team 6). In 2013, Beck started wearing dresses. He said it was his first step to transitioning into a “woman”. After wearing dresses and taking hormone blockers, Beck got gender reassignment surgery.
CNN’s Anderson Cooper interviewed him (at that point Beck was a “she”) about joining the alphabet soup team. Beck said that his SEAL teammates “never knew” the real Chris Beck.
Beck wrote a book about his “transgender journey” called Warrior Princess. He met his co-author, Anne Speckhard, at a “counter-terrorism” conference. Later, they met at a gay bar to discuss his coping mechanisms. Beck came to the bar wearing a dress. Speckhard agreed to write a book with him about his “true life”. Warrior Princess was the result.
In his book, Beck’s forward is written by William Shepard, a former SEAL, and NASA astronaut. Shepard (I think notably) never saw combat. There are other lackluster quotes from others but in the articles I read, none of those men are named. And (again, notably) none of the quotes were exactly “You go girl” quotes.
I recall reading about Beck and seeing a photo of him standing next to a pile of wood. He was wearing some feminine attire but he was definitely, a dude.
The left went completely gaga over Beck. Beck is a hero! Here was a dude, now a gal, who was a SEAL.
Apparently, there are quotes from “teammates” in Beck’s book. I won’t buy his book to check if they are anonymous but I did some 2nd-hand research, and I could not find a name attached to any praise by a DEVGRU guy – likely because they wouldn’t offer praise for Beck’s transition and those guys want to stay anonymous.
So now, Beck is like Prince/the artist formerly known as Prince. He’s Beck, formerly known as Chris, formerly known as Kristen, presently back to Chris. Beck is de-transitioning back to being a dude. How do we know that that is, in fact, a “thing”? Google “Chris Beck”.
Instead of getting a black hole of information where “misgendering” goes to die, we get the Wikipedia link to “Chris Beck”. And his pronouns are back to being he and him. Cool. Beck is, officially a dude… again.
Beck now says that the CNN interview with Anderson Cooper was “propaganda” and he was coerced into writing the book Warrior Princess. Of that, I have no doubt.
Beck goes on to say:
“There are thousands of gender clinics being put up over all of America,” he shared. “As soon as [kids] go in and say, ‘I’m a tomboy or this makes me feel comfortable’ and then a psychologist says, ‘oh, you’re transgender’. And then they set you on hormones – the same hormones they are using for medical castration for pedophiles. Now they are giving this to healthy 13-year-olds,” he explained.
Beck, again, is right.
He admits that he ruined his life. He doesn’t talk about the fact that his plumbing is permanently missing and it ain’t coming, he talks about how he was manipulated into transitioning.
I asked my son about Beck. My son was a SEAL and augmented with DEVGRU but he never knew Beck. Apparently, Beck is considered a “blight” in the SEAL community and he likely suffers from PTSD. My kid thinks Beck was manipulated into transitioning by bad actors. He also said Beck is, unfortunately, a “loon” who believes in nutty conspiracy stuff like Area 51 aliens, 15-foot modern-day giants, and lizard people.
Below is a clip from a Joe Rogan podcast with Beck.
He claims that there are “15,16-foot giants”, and tells Rogan’s staff to Google “Japanese parade giant”. They do and the exchange with Rogan is hard to watch.
The clip Beck thinks is evidence of “giants” starts. It clearly does not show a “real” 15-foot giant. It looks more like a Macy’s Thanksgiving Day parade float – it is that fake-looking.
Rogan: “Watch how he stands… that’s not real.”
Beck: “That’s weird.”
Rogan: “Yeah…it looks like horse****”
Yup. Like a 15-foot-tall pile of horseshit. Like claiming that “men can be women”-type of horse poo.
Whatever Beck decides to do with the rest of his life, he’s not a serious man. He needs help transitioning to sanity.
