The Uvalde tragedy was exacerbated by cops who were ill-equipped mentally, emotionally, or gear-wise to stop an active shooter. Cowards may be worse than incompetents but not by much. Neither type should ever be a cop. Unfortunately, it seems Uvalde is home to dozens of cowards and incompetents with badges. Families lost babies because cops failed to act. A recent report places a policeman with his sights dead-on on the murderer but he didn’t kill him because he “couldn’t get permission.” And children went to slaughter. You know the rest. Doors were open that cops claimed were locked. Lies. And children went to slaughter.
