News flash — there was little chance the jury in the Michael Sussmann was going to convict Sussmann. He got a jury box loaded with sympathetic Hillary voters. Even a jury member who knew Sussmann.

This verdict reminds me of mobster trials that were predetermined before jury instructions were read to the jury.
