The county’s Department of Health is lead by a non-MD ghoul named Barbara Ferrer. She’s reinstating masks because the county is “surging” with covid. The only number that matters is deaths and that is surging too, we are told. In a county of 10 million, which is the population of 10 states, the rolling average of deaths is…four.
