Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will address Congress at 2 PM Eastern time Wednesday afternoon, and you can watch it live right here.

Netanyahu was snubbed by both President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris when he arrived in Washington on Monday afternoon. Biden's office excused his absence as being due to COVID, though the White House doctor had just released a letter stating that Biden was performing all of his presidential duties.

Harris won't attend the speech because she apparently couldn't get out of a scheduled speech to a sorority in Indianapolis.
