Thank You, RedState Readers

Jennifer Van Laar

It's that time again when we pause and reflect on the past year's events and, especially as we get older, realize just how quickly time passes! Undoubtedly, the world is in much worse shape this year than last, but – and perhaps it's my naturally optimistic nature – I've found many things to be grateful for despite the challenges. Of course, family and health top that list, but being able to work my dream job here at RedState with friends who've become family, and the smartest and most loyal audience in the business (in my opinion) is right up there.

So, I wanted to take the time to thank you for reading our site, for sharing our articles, for supporting us as VIP members, and for making our comments section amazingly informative and collegial.

In large part due to your continued support, we've been able to continue to bring you a unique blend of voices almost unheard of in political commentary. We've got our Editor Emeritus, Streiff, who's been writing at the site for two decades; Andrew Malcolm, a legend in conservative journalism (who started one of the first political blogs, at the LA Times of all places); Brandon Morse, a new dad and a Millennial who's a gaming enthusiast; Susie Moore, our legal beagle, who was a trial lawyer for a few decades before joining us full-time; resident Alaska man and veteran Ward Clark; federal criminal law expert/J6 defense attorney Bill Shipley (Shipwrecked Crew); and Alex Parker, our guru of all things "weird news."

In addition, both Bob Hoge and Jennifer O'Connell have delved into the investigative side of things with me, working to bring stories of California Democrat corruption and malfeasance to a national audience. We've kept the pressure on Gavin Newsom as he runs a shadow campaign for POTUS and worked to peel back the layers of incompetence and corruption surrounding the discovery of the illegal CCP-run biolab in Reedley, California, and will continue to keep up the pressure.

We had a great time interacting with our VIP members as we live-blogged the State of the Union address and the first three RNC presidential debates and with our VIP Gold members every week during the VIP Gold Live Chat hosted by Scott Hounsell and Thomas LaDuke (with frequent appearances by our Florida Man Brad Slager, who spreads the love to all of the Townhall Media sites).

To thank you, our readers, for your continued support, we're offering 60% off VIP memberships when you use code THANKYOU. You can use that to extend your current membership, to upgrade (the VIP Gold annual membership is by far the best value!), or to give the gift of RedState VIP membership to a friend or family member during this holiday season.

From our entire RedState family, we wish you and yours a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
