As he was walking to Marine One Thursday afternoon, President Trump was asked if he would be attending the SpaceX rocket launch in Florida next week along with Vice President Pence. Trump replied that he was thinking about going and invited the reporters to join him – then joked that he’d like to put them all in the rocket and get rid of them for a while.

Wouldn’t we all, Mr. President?
Expect people like Ana Navarro-Cardenas and Jennifer Rubin to find this to be not funny at all. It’s only funny when the Cuomo brothers, one of whom is responsible for the deaths of hundreds of elderly New Yorkers, yukk it up during a CNN “interview.” They need some laughter during these tough times, doncha know? Yes, they probably do. Knowing that your actions have actually killed grandma should be a heavy burden.
Anyway, Trump’s comment was funny as hell. Do set your DVR for the inevitable Tater analysis of what this says about Trump’s mental status on CNN’s Reliable Sources on Sunday morning.
And P.S., Mr. President. Ask Elon Musk if he can bring along that union-owned legislator from California and put her on the rocket, too.
