LIVE results from the Special Election for California’s 25th Congressional District, to determine who will fill the expired term of former Rep. Katie Hill. The election was declared all vote-by-mail by Gov. Gavin Newsom due to the coronavirus pandemic, but multiple in-person polling places are open throughout the district.
