Film producer and political activist Robby Starbuck has been on a mission to expose diversity, equity, and inclusion policies in major corporations, and he has been winning — to the point where companies are trying to rebrand their policies and name them something else. When an X user alerted that game companies Activision and Blizzard were making efforts to do this, Starbuck let it be known that they can try to hide, but it won't work.
We’re effectively making DEI toxic and we will do the same with the many ridiculous terms these idiots make up to replace it with. It’s DEI’s far left ideology that we will defeat, not just the term.
And Starbuck has more than a few scalps: Tractor Supply, John Deere, Harley Davidson, Jack Daniels, and Polaris, to name a few. Add Lowe's, the home improvement store, to the list. While these companies first came off as combative and self-righteous, they soon caved, revised their policies, and canceled their DEI programming. Lowe's saw Starbuck's track record, so their divestiture from DEI came off with barely a whimper.
We’ve officially run out of doors in this meme.

Starbuck now has the distinction of being memorialized by Scott Adams in a Dilbert cartoon.

Home improvement chain Lowe's is reportedly set to drop multiple diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) programs.
The retail chain is the latest major corporation to modify its DEI policies, according to an internal memo reported by Reuters.
According to the reports, Lowe's is ending its participation in surveys for the Human Rights Campaign, one of the largest and most progressive nonprofits in the country.
Starbuck messaged the executives of Lowe's, giving them notice that he planned to expose them. Starbuck said he woke up Monday morning and received this message.

Big news: I messaged @Lowes executives last week to let them know that I planned to expose their woke policies. This morning I woke up to an email where they preemptively made big changes.
Here are the changes:
• Ending participation in the @HRC’s woke Corporate Equality Index social credit system.
• No more donations to pride events or other divisive events.
• Ending ERG groups in favor of one large unifying ERG group for all employees, no longer designed to focus on race or sexual orientation.
They also hint at more future changes. We’re now forcing multi-billion dollar organizations to change their policies without even posting just from fear they have of being the next company that we expose.
We are winning and one by one we WILL bring sanity back to corporate America.
So far you’ve helped me change corporate policy at Tractor Supply, John Deere, Harley Davidson, Polaris, Indian Motorcycle and now Lowe’s. We are a force to be reckoned with.

I’ll post the full email in a reply to this post because it was too long to include here.
That is the beauty of all this. Employees and probably some C-suite junior executives are tracking down Starbuck to let him know about the underhanded inner workings of their companies when it comes to DEI implementation. They reflect the spirit of the age. Hardworking Americans are tired and fed up with having to jump through these DEI hoops while their hard work and company loyalty are ignored or disregarded. Starbuck is giving them voice, allowing them to call these tactics out, and seeing action taken by outside forces. Really, it's about American workers who simply want to do their jobs and be judged on the merits, and American consumers who simply want to get a product or service without being preached at.
Starbuck's tactics have gained detractors (what else is new), but mostly respect.
This is how it’s done and @robbystarbuck is giving us the roadmap to destroying woke capital.

Make it clear if they don’t change course, it’ll be bad for business.
Americans are fed up with fringe far-left lunatics trying to pollute every corner of the economy.
Let’s make it clear to corporate America that business as usual is over.
In these inflationary times, it behooves us to know where our money is going, and that it is not further funding this Woke industrial complex.
