Like the Good Democrat He Is, Andrew Yang 'Recommends' a Trump-RFK Partnership Idea for Kamala Harris

Andrew Yang is just precious. The Mr. "Independent" who created the Forward Party to supposedly encourage unity among divergent ideas in politics and to be "even more honest about both the system and the people in it" is now shamelessly shilling for the Democrat Party. First, he joined the chorus of "Joe Must Go," and now he's joining Vice President and selected Democrat nominee for president Kamala Harris in cribbing ideas from the Trump campaign. The desperation on the other side is so blatant, and they don't even try to hide it anymore.

They have reason to be desperate.

After Robert F. Kennedy Jr.'s Friday press conference where he suspended his campaign and endorsed former President and GOP nominee Donald Trump, RFKJ made an appearance at Trump's Glendale, AZ Rally and reiterated the focus of their partnership: that he would be working with Trump to address chronic disease in America and especially among the young.

Trump pledged to work with Kennedy to research decades-long chronic illness and childhood disease. The Republican nominee also said he would establish an independent commission on assassination attempts and would demand the release of all documents from the assassination of President John F. Kennedy.

“Our movement isn’t about Democrats versus Republicans,” Trump said. “It’s about patriotism and common sense.”

As the left melted down and expressed disappointment with Yang, he also decided to "recommend" this idea to the Harris campaign.

I think Kamala Harris and the Democrats should immediately announce a panel to investigate the spike in chronic diseases and conditions among children these past years and invite different figures to participate. This is a big issue for millions and could easily tip the election.

They have no original ideas of their own. Yang was among the chorus of people calling RFKJ a conspiracy theorist when he was presenting these very issues in his campaign. Now that Trump has adopted it and embraced a partnership with RFKJ, Yang now deems it a "big issue for millions" that could change the election.

Mr. Johnny-Come-Lately was rightly ratioed into next week.

RFKJ tried to speak with the Harris campaign almost two weeks ago. Just like Kamala hasn't bothered to give the press the time of day, she gave the same silent treatment to Kennedy.

Independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. attempted to arrange a meeting with Vice President Kamala Harris last week in which he would offer to drop out of the 2024 race and endorse her in exchange for a spot in her administration — potentially a cabinet-level position.

But Harris, 59, has not demonstrated any interest in meeting with Kennedy, let alone taking him up on his offer, the Washington Post reported Wednesday.

“From the beginning of this campaign, we were saying people should be talking to each other,” Kennedy told the outlet. “That is the only way of unifying the country.”

The 70-year-old White House hopeful argued that it would be a “strategic mistake” for the Harris campaign to not consider his proposal.

Thanks to Harris' dismissal and Kennedy suspending his campaign, the race has tightened even further, probably in Trump's favor. Harris and her surrogates like Andrew Yang need to come up with some credible policies to counter the Trump-RFK momentum. Instead, they prefer to out-and-outright steal the policies and ideas from them. Policies and ideas that Americans already embrace.

It is going to be interesting to see the next thing they try to lift from the Trump campaign and adopt as their own. Expect these attempts to bait-and-switch policy to accelerate as we speed toward November.
