President Joe Biden has consistently denied any involvement in his son Hunter’s shady foreign business dealings or anyone else connected to the issue during the 2020 campaign. However, a series of reports that have surfaced over the past three years have given reason to doubt the president’s claims.

Devon Archer, a former business associate of Hunter’s, is set to give testimony before Congress in which he will discuss how President Biden interacted with his son’s clients on several occasions. It is expected that he will expose 24 instances in which Hunter connected his father with businessmen and investors with whom he was dealing.

Several other reports provide more information on Biden’s alleged contacts with Hunter’s associates. In 2015, then-Vice President Joe Biden met with Ukrainian, Russian, and Kazakhstani business partners at Café Milano, a famous D.C. restaurant. Hunter Biden arranged the meeting, and an email from Vadym Pozharskyi, an executive at Burisma, thanked Hunter for introducing him to his father. Hunter was on the board of Burisma and received excessive compensation while his father influenced White House policy on Ukraine. Other prominent figures attended the dinner, and the exact attendance remains unclear.

Hunter Biden’s business associates also visited the White House approximately 80 times during Joe Biden’s vice presidency. Mexican and Chinese businessmen were among the visitors, with photographs showing them with the vice president and Hunter Biden in the press briefing room. In 2011, then-Vice President Biden also met with three of Hunter’s associates, including a foreign national.

Hunter Biden’s diary indicates he attended more than 100 events at the vice president’s residence in the Naval Observatory. Photographs from a meeting in November 2015 feature Mexican billionaires Carlos Slim and Miguel Alemán Velasco. Hunter used White House perks to pursue business deals with Slim, and other pictures included Velasco’s son Miguel Aleman Magnani, founder of budget airline Interjet, and Jeff Cooper, described as a long-time Biden family benefactor. Hunter and his wife Kathleen stayed at Magnani’s mansion in March 2015.

Archer’s anticipated testimony could have significant negative implications for both Joe and Hunter Biden. If he delivers the goods and details where and when Hunter introduced his father to foreign businessmen and potential investors, it could contradict Joe Biden’s previous vehement denials of ever discussing business with his son or anyone else. Such revelations might actually give House Republicans enough leverage to launch an impeachment effort against the president, which would likely turn up more dirt on the Biden crime family’s exploits.

Additionally, the revelation that Hunter’s business associates visited the White House at least 80 times during Joe Biden’s vice presidency could also raise eyebrows. If these meetings are shown to have involved discussions related to Hunter’s business ventures, it could bolster allegations that the elder Biden used his influence as vice president for his own enrichment. Critics might argue that the meetings suggest a lack of the “absolute” separation that Joe Biden had previously claimed between his political career and his son’s business activities, leading to further scrutiny and political backlash.

Overall, Archer’s testimony, along with other revelations, has the potential to significantly damage the public image and political standing of both Joe and Hunter Biden, casting doubt on their previous statements and raising concerns about the transparency and ethics of their actions. It is doubtful that it will lead to any legal repercussions. But there is the possibility that it might influence the upcoming presidential election in the Republican candidate’s favor.
