In this episode, I break down an op-ed written in The Hill arguing that Florida’s Stop WOKE Act, which is intended to prevent far-leftist teachings about race in schools and corporations, is a violation of the First Amendment.

However, the authors making this argument don’t realize the law is about discrimination, not free speech. In this video, I make the case for the law and explain why it does not constitute a violation of free speech.
